Orders placed will follow your agreed account payment terms, please contact your account manager if you are unsure of these. All orders are pro forma for the first order.

Sometimes we may sell out of coffee ordered, however, if this happens we will contact you and try to find an alternative option.

Orders placed over the weekend will be actioned the following Monday. We roast Wednesdays and Thursdays with our weekly dispatch day being Fridays. If you require coffee on a different day, please get in touch with the Roastery on 01273 096960 or roastery@17grams.co.uk.

All coffee should be rested for at least 7 days. Your order may arrive with a roast date of the order date.

Delivery is charged at £7.50 ex VAT for orders under £200 in the UK. International delivery is charged at cost, please enquire before order.
